Contemporary full calf. Gilt and blind decorations to spine. Good condition only, due to missing Plates and missing pages (pages 221 – 228 in volume 2 & 341 – 346 in volume 3). Bindings rubbed and bumped. A few joints cracked. Edges and end papers age darkened / dust dulled. Occasional mild foxing. Some dog ears and missing small corners (not affecting text readability).

Good condition. Rubbed and bumped. Age darkened and dust dulled. Front free end paper missing. Otherwise complete and clean inside.

Very good condition. Binding rubbed and bumped. Spine creased. Front hinge open over ca. 5 cm. Binding sound. Edges and end papers dust dulled. Internally bright and clean.

Rebacked in 2022 using the original boards and the remains of the spine. New plain end papers. Very good condition. Rubbed and bumped boards. Parts of the original spine missing (see images). Edges age darkened. Occasional mild foxing. Internally clean. A nice little copy.
