Vol.1 also a Preface (ii) and a 19 page ‘Dissertation concerning the National Melodies of Scotland’. Later fine half calv over marbled boards. Gilt decorations. Red spine label with gilt title. See images. Very good condition. Fine bindings with minimal shelf wear. Internally age darkened. Some edge wear and occasional mild foxing. See images. Name of previous owner on both title pages. Neat gift inscription in volume 1, dated 1828. Overall a very attractive set.
