Vol1: ccclxii, ii, 91 pages, with a frontispiece and four folding maps. / Vol.2: Coloured folding frontispiece, folding map of Eri, 509 pages with one folding plate. All maps and plates listed are present in both volumes. Contemporary fine red morroco. Gilt titles and decorations. All edges gilt. Very good condition. Bindings rubbed and bumped with minor material losses to spine ends and corners. Joints weak, but bindings remain sound. Ex Libris ( ‘Ursuline Convent St. Joseph’s Sligo’) on front paste downs of both volumes. Various inscriptions on first blank pages of volume 1. Library stamp (‘Tullabeg College’) on both title pages. Edges and end papers dust dulled. Two small paper stickers on spines. Overall a very nice set.
