TOC typed to front paste down / Text 1: 15 pages w 23 full page maps. / Text 2. 23 pages w two large foldout maps and six digrams incl. one foldout. / Text 3: 18 ‘typed’ pages / Text 4: 3 ‘typed’ pages / 5: 15 pages plus several full page colour plates showing hospital setups in Germany. Quarter leather over clothed boards. Gilt title on spine and front boards. Small decorations. Very good condition. Boards, corners and spine rubbed and bumped. Front joint broken, but front board still attached to volume. Fading and discoloration to boards. Edges dust dulled. Some browning and age darkening to end papers. Closed tear to one of the foldout maps. Otherwise internally very clean.
