Original brown cloth. Hard cover with gilt title on spine. Good condition only, due to lack of large map. Binding worn, frayed edges. Joints and hinges started to crack (see images). The book is full of annotations and underlining (see images). A very good reading copy or candidate for rebinding.

As also the whole Tryal of Connor Lord Macguire, with the perfect copies of the Indictment, and all the Evidences against him. Together with the Pope’s Bull to the Confederate Catholicks in Ireland.

Contemporary full calf with black spine label. Gilt title and five raised bands. Very good condition. Rubbed and bumped. Age darkened throughout. Rear joint started to crack from the top. Binding sound. Ex Libris of previous owner on front paste down (‘Thomas Brownrigg’). Small bookseller stamp, just below. Front hinge started to crack. Lower corner of page 1 missing, not affecting text. Internally clean. A very nice copy of this scarce Cork publication.
