With a frontispiece showing the three principle Saints of Ireland and another Illustration showing St. Patrick. See images. Later dark brown morroco over marbled boards. Black spine label with title in gilt. Raised bands and blind stamped decorations. Very good condition. Binding as new & new end papers. Ex Library with faded red library stamps on the title page (see picture) and pages 1, 81 & 155. Otherwise internally clean. Paper age darkened. Small water stain on top of title page (see image). Some edges cut rough with minor paper losses, none affecting the text. Overall a very nice copy in an attractive sturdy binding.
